I’m driven by curiosity, collaboration, and ideas that connect people—whether through brand experiences or personal projects. I thrive on evaluating work from both big-picture and cross-functional perspectives, merging creative, product, and business insights.
My passion for drawing, crafting, and creative expression began early, with Apple computers, Kid Pix, and a science fair project win that inspired a lifelong curiosity for problem-solving. One of my personal projects, Quarantype, explored the typography of older apartment buildings and was selected for the DesignTO Festival Canada’s largest celebration of design. It was recognized by AZURE and Designlines as a must-see. Another notable project is the branding and packaging design for a brewery, developed with Mike Withers, which received multiple awards. Recently, we launched the branding for Passage Brewery, honoured by Applied Arts Media as a winner for Alcohol Packaging Series.
I love learning and exploring new tools and approaches. I recently completed an IDEO U course on AI x Design Thinking and was inspired by an article on COLLINS’s approach to AI, which referenced Charles Eames’s quote: “Never delegate your understanding.” I’m excited to share that my personal project ‘just a few more’, exploring memory loss, was selected for the upcoming 2026 DesignTO Festival and grateful to Telegramme on Ossington for hosting it. Brain health and memory loss is an area I’m continuing to explore, whether through personal work or collaborations with forward-thinking companies. I was particularly inspired by recent a talk hosted by Ontario Brain Institute, which highlighted how artificial intelligence is enabling deeper insights into brain health than ever before.
